Abstract/Summary:


A fully automated Slurry Management System has been developed and tested in commercial mode. Approximately 70% of silicon carbide was recovered using a centrifuge and 85% of polyethylene glycol (PEG) was separated using a secondary separation process. Such systems can be used to manage slurry for several saws.
