Abstract/Summary:

Solar cell (SC) heterostructures based on PEDOT:PSS/Si heterojunction with a flat and quasigrating type microrelief interface and two types of PEDOT:PSS films – pure and chemically doped have been fabricated and studied. It is shown that an increase in the SC efficiency occurs both due to texturing of the Si interface (increase in absorbed light due to decrease in optical losses), and improvement of electrical parameters of the polymer layer due to chemical doping (with DMSO) and post-fabrication treatment (washout of the PSS group). The maximum efficiency (4.82%) was obtained for SC heterostructures with a quasigrating Si interface and modified PEDOT film, which is 2-6 times higher than that for the similar structure and for structure with a flat interface.
