Abstract/Summary:


The samples Cu2-NiSnSe4 (CNTSe) (0≤≤0.3) were obtained by vacuum ampule synthesis from elemental Cu, Ni, Sn and Se. A study of their phase composition by Raman spectroscopy showed that samples with =0 and 0.1 are single-phase, while at =0,2 there was lines of impurity phases. For the first time, a photoresponse was observed by the contactless method of microwave photoconductivity, and the kinetics of the loss of current carriers in CNTSe powders was investigated. It was shown the lifetimes of photogenerated current carriers in these samples to be ~ 5 ns, which is comparable with the literature data for CZTS kesterites. The predominance of bimolecular recombination processes over capture processes was observed.
