PC1D6, as well as PC1D, allows fitting I-V curves with the double-exponential approach. In addition, it allows implementing up-to-date physical models for band-gap narrowing (BGN) and other parameters. We use PC1D6 together with an analytical iterative I-V fitting approach to check the influence of physical models on the assignments to parameters in fitting data of external-quantum efficiency (EQE) and I-V measurements. Data relevant to an actual PERC solar cell are exploited. We find that the chosen physical model only determines the SRH-lifetime value to be assigned in the I-V fits performed with PC1D6.
