This paper presents results of a study that allowed identifying states of traps in thin films of organolead halide perovskites (CH3NH3PbI3) prepared by spin-coating, through thermally Stimulated Current (TSC) measurements. Special emphasis was done in studying the influence of superficial absorption of oxygen from the environment on the depth of traps and on the density of states associated with trapping centers.Deconvolution of the TSC curves obtained from measurements made at a pressure of 200 mBarrevealed the presence of three traps centers located at 0,124, 0,519 and 1,42 eV above the valence band, while in samples exposed to an environment of 2 mBar were identified only two traps centers located at 0.179 and 0,495 eV.
