Phenomena like ion migration and carrier recombination at interfaces have significant influence in the performance and long-term stability of perovskite solar cells. Although addressed by thorough numerical simulations under various specialized cases, the influence of bias dependent re-distribution of ions on the performance of perovskite solar cells is yet to be clearly elucidated. Here, we report a self-consistent numerical simulation scheme to address such bias dependent re-distribution of ions and their influence on efficiency.These results reveal important insights on the device physics of perovskite solar cells and could be of interest towards modeling of stability challenges.
