Abstract/Summary:


In our study, we used RTOS method for I-V then the results showed better accuracy by eliminating in real time the acceptance effect. We also used this method to compare PV cells with the latter cells exhibited promising power conversion efficiency and no hysteresis behavior for varied angle under indoor lighting simulator. In this study, we measured a varied angle of the PV cell performance will be show different performance trend in indoor lighting application, which depends on device. That’s will be shown PV cell have the energy harvesting for varied angle in indoor lighting.
