Abstract/Summary:


This presentation will describe the different required steps and current status thereof concerning the up-scaling activities by Solliance towards future Roll-to-Roll manufacturing of Perovskite based PV modules. The current most widely used lab scale stacks with stabilized efficiencies of about 14-15%, still contain expensive materials, un-stable materials, non-scalable processes For the deposition processes, focus is on using ambient and preferably low temperature processes, like slot die coating and (spatial) ALD. Both “classic” P1, P2, P3 as well as back-end interconnection laser scribe processes are explored. Progress and strategies for flexible water barrier packaging technologies will be described.
