This paper is intend to analyze the inadequate application in evaluating the grid-connected PV inverters with European Efficiency and CEC methods in China, The main concern is relating to the influence of the climate distribution such as irradiation and temperature, which are closely depending on the location which is dramatically various across China. Especially when 64% of the PV capacity is located in solar-rich Western regions of China until the middle of 2015, these fields are defined as 1st level of irradiation field Including Inner Mongolia, Ningxia,Gansu,Qinghai,Xinjiang. The climate in these places are fairly different when compare with Europe and US. Furthermore, the European Efficiency and CEC methods are outdated and inaccuracy for some ways, as a result, it is not appropriate to totally apply European Efficiency and CEC methods in China. A different approach in this paper recalculates the weighting factors with currently available values of the irradiance and temperature which were collected in Ningxia From 7am to 7pm between 1st,Jan,2012-31st,Dec,2014 with Pyranometers from CMP11 of Kipp & Zonen and thermocouple thermometer from 41832 of Young.
