As lack of education is seen as one of the barriers for BIPV deployment, the Dem4BIPV project (http://www.dem4bipv.eu/) aims to develop innovative training material for higher education in building integrated photovoltaics (BIPV). Based on a survey among BIPV stakeholders major knowledge gaps in education and target audiences have been identified as well as teaching goals. From that, potential courses dedicated to the needs of each target audience related to BIPV are developed. A sketch of a full 40 ECTS curriculum will be developed.
