Abstract/Summary:


The intention of this work is to utilize a simple and cheap synthesis of mixed-halide hybrid perovskites, which is suitable for a targeted analysis of the intrinsic and induced defects in these emerging materials. We have demonstrated the possibility to synthesis different (mixed-halide) hybrid perovskites in good quality with an easy solution method. We further applied this modified method for the synthesis of 2-D hybrid perovskites. The perovskites are analyzed by temperature- and time-resolved photoluminescence (PL).
