We report both theoretical and simulated study of the diffusion capacitance’s efficiency of the n+-p-p+ solar cell. Efficiency of the diffusion capacitance is calculated by help both the excess minority carrier collection region in open and short circuit condition of the solar cell. Taking into account the grain size (g), grain boundary recombination velocity (Sgb) and wavelength (), we point out that efficiency of the diffusion capacitance is linked to the conversion efficiency of the solar cell.
